Making bookmarks with our Buddies - it's lots of fun working on the computers, especially when you have a helping hand from your buddy!

2008

November 17th

We have all been working very hard and have everything ready for our Book Fair stall. Our buddies have been very patient and we have enjoyed our work with them on the laptops. We are all looking forward to dressing up as bears and there have been some very interesting ideas put forward. Please send in a favourite book for Monday as we will be having a shared reading time with our buddies. We are having a visitor next Wednesday and we will be learning all about babies and what they can do at a very early age. We are still working on our storyboards and enjoying this very much. All in all a very exciting week ahead!

November 10th

Thank-you for the lovely photographs, we are having a lovely time making our story boards and the children are finding them a great reminder of what babies and toddlers can do. It was very nice to see everyone on parents nights and I know you all enjoyed seeing all the work your children have been doing. We are all busy preparing for Book Night and we will be hoping to see you all there. There are still a few LPs [learning plans ] to be returned, please sign and return as soon as possible . The children are very excited about fireworks and I hope they all enjoy themselves and return safely to school, we will be making wax relief pictures on Thursday afternoon.

November 3rd

P1 have all settled into the new term and are looking forward to having you look at all their work next week. Thank-you to all who have sent in photographs for our topic.
